Depends how much you want to spend. But I like to recommend the Canon 1000D to alot of people thinking of getting into photography. Simple, Easy to use, great features and really entry level. Then start to build up your lenses and go from there. Pick one up for around £350 then drop a little into another lens maybe. But if you want to spend a bit more then there is the 550D which is a bit more but get a bigger sensor, higher FPS, not masive amounts of change but is another step up from the 1000D. I recommend going to your local camera shop and having a play with them and seeing what feels best in hand and interface wise. Hope that helps.
Hope your collar bone is all good man. Hows it feeling?
